The below article walks you through creating a new user for the Touch Admin software. When a Touch Admin user is created, then that user will also be able to use the same login credentials to access the Touch app.
Note: To request a new user for the core system (i.e., MealSuite, Synergy, etc.) contact Support.
To create a new user for the Touch Admin software, complete the following steps:
- In the Touch Admin software, from the left navigation pane, select User Management. The User Management screen appears, listing existing users.
- Click the Add New User button. The screen refreshes with the new user settings.
- Enter or select the following:
- Username - enter the username for the user that will be used to login to Touch Admin.
- Email (optional) - enter the email of the user.
- Password and Password Confirmation - enter the password, and then confirm the password.

Permission level - select the Touch Admin permission level of the user:
- superadmin (only available if your user profile is itself superadmin) - for Mealsuite employees only; can access all settings in Touch Admin.

admin - can access standard settings in Touch Admin (i.e., superadmin settings are not available to the user).
Note: the user permission level is to create a user for only the Touch app and not Touch Admin, explained in the following article: Creating a New User for Only the Touch App
- The next steps are to select the accounts the Touch Admin user is to have access to. From the list of available accounts, select the check boxes of the accounts the user requires access to. (Note that the accounts that are listed are the accounts that your user profile currently has access to.)
- Beside each selected account a Permission Profile drop-down appears. This determines what the user can access in the Touch Admin software and the Touch app for that particular account.* From the Permission Profile drop-down for an account, select the permission profile to assign to the user for that account.
- Click the Create User button to create the user. You are returned to the User Management screen, where the newly-created user is listed.
