About the Order History By Date Report
The Order History by Date report displays order information by resident within a selected date range. The report contains the following:
- Resident name, client ID, and badge ID (if available)
- Order ID
- POS location
- Order created date timestamp
- Order taker
- Meal period (breakfast, lunch, dinner) or snack time (snack am, snack pm, snack hs)
- Production completed date timestamp
- Ordered items and associated category
Generating an Order History By Date Report
To generate an Order History by Date report, complete the following steps:
- From the left navigation pane, select Order History. The Order History screen appears.
- In the Order History By Date section, select the following:
- Included Categories - select the menu categories and POS product categories whose assigned items are to be included in the report.
- Start Date and End Date - select the date range of the report.
- Click the GO button. The report is generated.
Exporting the Report to an Excel® Spreadsheet
To generate the report to an Excel® spreadsheet, click the Export button at the top right corner.
