About the POS Order History by Date Report (of Fired Items)
The Order History by Date report displays items ordered by the diner that required kitchen preparation (i.e., item has been "fired" on the ticket). The report contains the following:
- Resident name, client ID, and badge ID (if available)
- Order ID
- Meal Delivery Location
- Order created date timestamp
- Order taker
- Meal period (breakfast, lunch, dinner) or snack time (snack am, snack pm, snack hs)
- Production completed date timestamp
- Ordered items and associated category
Generating a POS Order History By Date Report
To generate an Order History by Date report, complete the following steps:
- From the left navigation pane, select Order History. The Order History screen appears.
- In the Order History By Date section, select the following:
- Included Categories - select the menu categories and POS product categories whose assigned items are to be included in the report.
- Start Date and End Date - select the date range of the report.
- Click the GO button. The report is generated.
Exporting the Report to an Excel® Spreadsheet
To generate the report to an Excel® spreadsheet, click the Export button at the top right corner.
