A menu owned by a child account (i.e., facility) can be copied to another facility account by using their parent corporate (aka enterprise) account as the intermediary. In this way, a menu can be shared between accounts.
Note: Menus cannot be copied from one account to another account without using an intermediary parent account.
- The parent corporate account opens the Menus Listing screen (Menus > Menus Listing), locates the desired child facility account menu (via the Owner field), and makes a copy of the menu. See Making a Copy of a Menu for steps to do so.
- With the menu now existing at the corporate account, the facility account that wants that menu can now open its Menu Template tab, locate the menu template, and create a menu from it. See Copying a Menu from a Menu Template for steps to do so.
