About Branding
Branding consists of the logo and colour scheme that you can configure for your account. The branding is applied to the following menu reports:
- Week-at-a-Glance (WaaG) Report (Menus)
- Daily Display Menu Report (Menus)
- Person-Specific Select Menus Report (People) - for Table Select & Advance Ordering
In addition, the logo can be applied to labels that are created via the following recipe label reports:
- Product Identifier Cards Report (Recipes)
- Product Identifier Cards (Menus)
- Retail Label Report (Recipes)
- Nutrition & Retail Label Report (Recipes)
If you are a parent account, then the branding that you configure will apply to your child accounts.
Configuring the Branding
Configuring branding involves uploading a logo and setting the primary color, secondary color, and tertiary color. To configure the branding:
- Select Tools & Setup > Manage Facility. The Manage Facility screen appears.
- Select the Configure Branding tab.
- In the Name field, enter a name for your account’s branding.
- To set a color, click the color bar and a pop-up appears for you to enter the color values in one of the following color pickers:
- To upload a logo, move your cursor into the logo section and click the edit icon at the bottom right corner. Note that the logo must be less than 512 KB. For optimal display, the logo dimensions should be 256 x 96 pixels.
- Click the Apply button to save your changes.
Resetting Branding to Parent Account
If your MealSuite account is a child account of a parent account, it can receive the branding from the parent account. When you change the branding to be different from a parent account, the Reset to Master button is available to reset your branding to your account.
