Average Sales by Order Source and Type of Diner
Net sales, average net sales and order count, grouped by diner type, order source and fulfillment/delivery type. Excludes zero dollar sales, open and incomplete orders.
Details Menu Item Sales by Category and Type (Product Mix)
Detailed report showing the performance of each menu item, grouped by menu category. Useful for identifying popular items and making informed decisions about menu changes.
Menu Category Mix %
The percentage share of gross sales produced by each menu category. Shows the relative performance of each menu category.
Menu Item Mix %
The percentage share of gross sales produced by each menu item. Shows the top performing menu items as a percentage of sales.
Average Order by Source, Fulfillment Method and Diner Type
The Average Order by Source, Fulfillment Method and Diner Type report provides insight into sales performance based on where orders are coming from and who is ordering. This report is useful in tailoring marketing strategies to different diner types and order sources.
Net Sales by Fulfillment Type %
The percentage share of net sales by each order fulfillment method (table service, room service, pick up, etc.)
Net Sales by Source %
