POS reports v2.0 offers the following diner and order count reports:
Orders and Average Order by Hour
Detailed record of orders categorized by hour and date. Orders and Diners are counted from when the ticket is created. Enhances scheduling efficiency and identifies top-performing servers when filtered by cashier.
Orders by Day of Week and Time of Day
Orders categorized by day of the week (Mon, Tue, Wed, etc.) and time of day expressed as 24 hours. Orders and Diners are counted from when the ticket is created. Analysis of order patterns to understand busy periods and slow days. Helps Improve staffing and resource allocation based on order trends.
Diner and Order Count by Date and Diner Type
Counts of diners and orders by date, order source and diner type. Orders and diners are counted from when the ticket is created, segmented by different diner types (e.g., resident, guest) and their dining preferences. Helps to tailor dining services and promotions based on diner demographics and preferences. Zero dollar sales orders are omitted to prevent skewed averages.
