A support agent can begin a live video session on your Touch app device to communicate and screenshare so as to help troubleshoot Touch issues.
To begin a live video session:
- Open the Support screen by tapping Support in the top menu.
- Your support agent will provide you with a code. Enter that code in in the Room Code field.
- Tap Connect and the video session is started!
