Marking an Individual Item as Do Not Serve

To mark an individual item for a resident as do not serve (e.g., coffee), complete the following steps:

1. Open the person’s personal menu.
   
   
2. Click on the item you want to mark as do not serve. The Customize pop-up window appears.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the Do Not Serve icon (). The Do Not Serve pop-up appears.
   
   
   

    
4. The individual item is selected by default. Click the Save button. The item is crossed out to indicate it is do not serve.
