- For meal plans with a custom reset date, fixed issue with the meal plan continuously resetting. (Internal reference: DEF-6814)
- When manually debiting a meal plan for a diner in Touch Admin, resolved issue that mistakenly allowed the amount to go below $0.00. (Internal reference: DEF-6725)
- Removed the ability to manually add a resident as a POS diner via Touch Admin (specifically, in the Diner Category field, the Residents label has been removed). A Touch Admin user can still add a staff member as a POS diner (see Entering Staff Member in the POS as a Diner). (Internal reference: DEF-6672)
- Fixed issue with diner charge account not adhering to its reset date/time. (Internal reference: DEF-6614)
- Addressed issue in which a meal plan with a monthly custom reset was mistakenly resetting twice. (Internal reference: DEF-6627)

- Fixed issue with tickets being stuck with "in_progress" status after being paid for/closed, but not visible in the POS. (Internal reference: DEF-6795)
- Resolved issue with items being mistakenly added to ticket after POS operator logged out, and resolved issue with "phantom" tickets appearing as Upcoming Orders (Internal reference: DEF-5838)

POS v3.18.1 was released on August 20, 2024, and contains the following defect fixes:
- For a points-based meal plan using the Max Items coverage type, if there are more items ordered than what is allowed, the extra items will now be charged to the resident. Previously, an error message appeared on the POS front-end stating that the maximum had been reached. (Internal reference: POSV3-2643)
- Fixed issue with RFID scanner in which the onscreen loading modal was not closing when initiating a new scan (Internal reference: DEF-6744)
- When exporting a price book with multiple menus selected, fixed issue with the export only exporting the first menu that is selected. (Internal reference: DEF-6201)
- Fixed issue with diner profile photo not being removed from Touch after it was removed from the associated profile in the core system. (Internal reference: DEF-6166)
- Improved loading time for the Meal Participation report that is run from Touch Admin. (Internal reference: DEF-6284)
- When setting up in-room meal delivery tracking in Touch Admin, fixed issue with check box Require a diner identity scan before delivering tray such as wrist band or other badge/barcodeĀ not staying selected (i.e., checked). (Internal reference: DEF-6646)
- When editing an HACCP report (i.e., compliance checklist), fixed issue causing error and losing saved information. (Internal reference: DEF-6577)
- Fixed issue causing error when attempting to load a POS grid. (Internal reference: DEF-6702)
