Unpublishing a Menu
A parent account that creates a menu has the ability to unpublish that menu from its child accounts. The menu will remain visible and editable in the parent account, but will be unavailable and unsearchable at its child accounts.
To unpublish a menu:
- Select Menus > Menus Listing. The Menus Listing screen appears, displaying menus owned by your account.
- Locate the menu you want to unpublish, click its gear icon and select Unpublish. A confirmation message appears stating that the menu is unpublished.
Publishing a Menu
- Select Menus > Menus Listing. The Menus Listing screen appears, displaying menus owned by your account.
- Locate the menu you want to publish, click its gear icon and select Publish. A confirmation message appears stating that the menu is published.
Locating Unpublished Menus
An unpublished menu is listed with Unpublished in the Publish column of its assigned section on the Menus Listing screen.
Hiding Unpublished Menus
You can hide unpublished menus on the Menus Listing screen by selecting the Published Menus Only filter.
