Each change made to a person’s profile, either manually or through a MealSuite Connect interface, is recorded on the History tab of the person’s profile (screenshot below). For example, if a person’s diet order was changed, you can see when that change occurred.
- Date & Time - displays date and time when the change occurred.
- Username - displays username of MealSuite user who made the change or acknowledged the EHR message. If it is an EHR message and it is acknowledged, then Connect displays as the username.
- Area - the type of update.
- Action - describes the type of change. For example, diet order was changed from regular to diabetic maintenance).
- Acknowledged - displays date and time when an EHR message was acknowledged. If the change was a manual change, then the date and time when the change occurred displays.
