The Connect Mapping screen allows you to view existing mapping relationships between source entities (people, rooms, allergies, diet orders) in the EHR system and the destination entities in the MealSuite system. To access the Connect Mapping screen to view existing mapping relationships:
- Open the Connect screen (People > Connect).
- Click the Mapping button. The Connect Mapping screen appears as a slide-out panel.
- Click the tab at the top of the panel for the entity mapping relationships you want to view: People, Rooms, Allergies, Diet Orders. The mapping table appropriate to the entity appears, listing the EHR data on the left and the mapped MealSuite data on the right.
Note: Any unmapped entity appears at the top of the table, with the MealSuite field reading Please Select… . For information on mapping unmapped entities, see Resolving Connect Messages. - The Status filter at the top of the screen allows you to filter an entity by status.
The statuses for each entity are as follows:
Entity Status People - Resolved
- Unresolved
- Ignored
Room - Resolved
- Unresolved
- Ignored
Allergies - Resolved
- Unresolved
- Ignored
Intolerances (identified as Intolerance in Type column of Allergies tab) - Resolved
