When taking orders for a resident in Touch, the Dislikes, Service notes and more pop-up up that lists that resident’s dislikes and service notes can be automatically opened so that the Touch user is forced to see the notes.
To automatically display the Dislikes, Services Notes and More pop-up when a resident is selected to take their order, complete the following steps:
- In Touch Admin, select Ordering Settings.
- Click the Configuration tab.
- Scroll down to the Display Notes section.
- To have the pop-up automatically appear for residents doing tableside select orders, select the Tableside Select check box.
- To have the pop-up automatically appear for residents with advanced orders, select the Advance Ordering check box.
- Click the Update Ordering Configuration button to apply your changes.
