When taking orders for a resident in Touch, a pop-up that lists that resident’s service notes (i.e., meal-specific notes and daily notes), profile notes, and dislike preferences can be automatically opened so that the Touch user is forced to see the notes.
To automatically display the pop-up when a resident is selected to take their order, complete the following steps:
- In Touch Admin, select Ordering Settings.
- Click the Configuration tab.
- Scroll down to the Display Notes section.
- To have the pop-up automatically appear for residents doing tableside select orders, select the Tableside Select check box.
- To have the pop-up automatically appear for residents with advanced orders, select the Advance Ordering check box.
- Click the Update Ordering Configuration button to apply your changes.
