The sort order of items on an inventory worksheet is by default listed alphabetically, but can be altered by you. To do so, complete the following steps:
- Select Inventory > Manage Storage Areas. The Inventory On Hand screen appears. (For information on the layout of this screen and how to navigate it, see The Inventory On Hand Screen).
- Click, hold and drag an item to the desired location in the list.
Also note the following selection options:
- Select multiple items by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking the desired items.
- Select a range of item by clicking the first item in the range, then holding down the Shift key, and then clicking the last item in the range.
