Opening the Inventory Listing Screen
Existing inventory worksheets can be viewed and accessed on the Inventory Listing screen (screenshot below), which is opened via Inventory > Listing.
How are Inventory Worksheets Listed?
All open inventory worksheets are listed first so that you can easily identify currently-open worksheets.
Closed worksheets are listed after the open worksheets, and are sorted by recently closed dates.
Filtering Inventory Worksheets Onscreen
Via the Filters tool available at the top of the Inventory Listing screen, you can determine what inventory worksheets are listed.
The filters are as follows:
- Status - select Open or Closed.
- Storage Area - filter worksheets by storage area.
- Dated opened - select a date range of currently open inventory worksheets
- Date closed - select a date range of currently closed inventory worksheets
- Archived - select this check box to display any archived worksheets.
Searching for an Inventory Worksheet
To search for a worksheet on the Inventory Listing screen, enter as much of its name in the Search field and click the magnifying glass, or press Enter on your keyboard. The screen refreshes with the results that match your search criteria.
Opening an Inventory Worksheet
An inventory worksheet is opened from the Inventory Listing screen (Inventory > Listing) by clicking the Name link of the inventory worksheet.
