Providing Feedback on a Master Recipe
You can provide written feedback for a master recipe, which will be reviewed by the parent account that created the recipe. To do so, complete the following steps:
- Open the master recipe.
- Prior to providing feedback, you first have to give a star rating from 1 to 5. Click the appropriate star to indicate your rating (first screenshot below), and the Reviews pop-up appears (second screenshot below) asking you to provide feedback.
- Enter your feedback in the Comment field.
- Click the Submit Feedback button to submit the feedback and close the pop-up.
- Once you close the Reviews pop-up, the average star rating is updated accordingly and the other reviews left by the MealSuite community can be viewed by clicking the [#] Reviews link.
- Click the Save button on the slide-out panel to apply your rating. The stars turn blue to indicate it is your account’s rating and not the average rating from the MealSuite community.
Note: Your MealSuite account can only provide one rating per master recipe, meaning other users in your account cannot give ratings on a master recipe once it already has been rated.
When Master Recipe is Updated by Parent Account
When a master recipe that your account has rated is updated by the parent account, your rating will be cleared and a notification is received on the MealSuite home page informing you that the recipe has been updated to review the updates.
