- If Food Item by Catch Weight Has No Defined Portion Size
- If Food Item by Catch Weight Has a Defined Portion Size
If Food Item by Catch Weight Has No Defined Portion Size
If a product is a catch weight and the food item has no defined portion size measure, the cost per serving is calculated as follows:

- The second calculation is to multiply the price per gram by 100 grams to determine the cost per serving.
