A resident’s unique ID can be found in Touch Admin on the Roster Report screen (screenshot below). This is required for them to use the My Meal Order feature.
Note 1: For residents set up with the Advanced Ordering service type, their service type is listed as Preselective in the Service Type column (Preselective is a legacy term which will be changed in the future).
Note 2: The resident's unique ID is not the same as the client ID found on their profile in Touch Admin. The client ID in Touch Admin is migrated from the Client ID field from their profile in the core system.
