About the eOG Status Screen
If your account imports electronic order guide (eOG) files via a partner vendor (i.e., interface-enabled vendor), then the eOG Status screen (Procurement > eOG) is available to check the status of the eOG files.
If the file has failed to import, then an appropriate status message appears to help troubleshoot the issue. As a parent account, the eOG statuses for your child accounts are also listed.
If the file has failed to import, then reach out to MealSuite Support so that they can contact the vendor to troubleshoot.
Accessing the eOG Status Screen
Access the eOG Status screen via Procurement > eOG.
Description of Statuses
The statuses are as follows:
- Pending Approval - activation of order guide is pending approval.
- Approved - activation of order guide has been approved.
- Activated (Pending First Import) - the account has activated the eOG interface, but an order guide (OG) file has not been imported yet. Note that most vendors will import an order guide within 24 hours after the eOG interface has been implemented.
- Successful- an OG file has been imported within the last 7 days.
- Deactivated- the account had the eOG interface activated and at least one order guide file was imported, but then the eOG interface was deactivated, either by the account or the vendor.
- Overdue - Error: Failed to Import - the eOG interface is activated in the account, but the last OG file has not been received in 8 days because there is an issue with the file or data within the file that caused the import to fail.
- Overdue - No File received- the eOG interface is activated in the account, but the last OG has not been received in 8 days because no matching file is available on the SFTP server.
If the order guide is pending its first import or is overdue, reach out to MealSuite Support so that they can contact the vendor to troubleshoot.
