About 2FA Sign-In
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to provide a recommended layer of security when signing in to your MealSuite Core account.
With 2FA enabled, you enter your username and password as normal, and then enter a six-digit code to finish the sign-in process. This six-digit code is randomly generated and retrieved from an authenticator app on your mobile device.
Recommended Authenticator Apps
The recommended authenticator apps that you can download to your mobile device are as follows:
- Microsoft® Authenticator
- Google® Authenticator
- Authy®

To request that 2FA be enabled for your MealSuite Core account, please contact MealSuite Support.
Note: 2FA is currently compatible with with direct user/password logins, and not single sign-on (SSO) logins.

Logging In for First Time with 2FA Enabled
When logging into your MealSuite core account for the first time with 2FA enabled, a QR code is generated for you to scan (first screenshot). Scan the code with your authenticator app, which will generate a six-digit code that you can enter in the Authentication Code field (second screenshot).
For subsequent logins, you will be presented with the following screen to enter the code:
