About Customized Menu Websites
A facility can request a customized menu website that is available publicly (i.e., open URL).
A menu website is an excellent means to allow the families of residents and the outside community to stay up-to-date on your facility's menu offerings for today and future dates.
Requesting a Customized Menu Website
To request a customized website, please reach out to your account manager. Your account manager will get the process started, which will involve putting you in touch with an implementation specialist who will take your information such as the subdomain name you want in the menu website URL (i.e., ACCOUNTNAME.cafemealsuite.com) and logo.
Alternative Option: Build Your Own Website with a MealSuite API Menu Endpoint
For a facility with the IT resources, the MealSuite API offers the following menu endpoints to populate menu data to your systems or devices, such as a large display screen or a smart TV (click an endpoint to see what's included in its request and response).
- Get Menu by Menu Location (GET) - Get menu details from your MealSuite account facility.
- Get Menu by POS Location (GET) - Get menu details from a POS location so as to include prices and meal course details set up for a POS location.
Please reach out to MealSuite Support for more information and enabling the MealSuite API for use by your IT resources.
If you are MealSuite Support, see the following internal article: Enabling API for a Client Account (INTERNAL).
