About the Inventory Worksheets Listing Screen

The Inventory Worksheets screen is where existing worksheets are listed, and past worksheets can be found. You access the Inventory Worksheets Listing screen via Inventory > Inventory Worksheets.

How are Inventory Worksheets Listed?

All open inventory worksheets are listed first so that you can easily identify currently-open worksheets. 

Closed worksheets are listed after the open worksheets, and are sorted by recently closed dates. 

Searching for and Opening a Worksheet

  1. Select Inventory > Inventory Worksheets. The Inventory Worksheets screen appears, listing any existing worksheets.

  2. To search for a worksheet, enter as much of its name in the Search field and click the magnifying glass, or press Enter on your keyboard. The screen refreshes with the results that match your search criteria.

  3. For the worksheet you want to open, click its name in the Worksheet column. The worksheet opens, displaying the items in the associated storage area(s).

Filtering the Inventory Worksheets to Display Onscreen

Via the Filters tool available at the top of the Inventory Worksheets screen, you can determine what inventory worksheets are listed.

The following filters are available:

  • Storage Area - filter worksheets by storage area.
  • Status - filter worksheets by Open, Completed, or Closed status. 
  • Completed Between - you can display completed worksheets via a date range of when they were completed.
  • Closed Between - you can display closed worksheets via a date range of when they were closed. 

Deleting an Open Inventory Worksheet

You can delete an open inventory worksheet (i.e., a worksheet that is not closed or completed). To do so:

  1. For the worksheet to be deleted, click its cog wheel in the Actions column and select Delete. A confirmation message appears.

  2. Click Delete. The worksheet is deleted.
