You can print the Daily Display and Week-at-a-Glance (WaaG) menus using a design template that was created in the Signage Studio. To do so, complete the following steps:
From the left navigation sidebar, select Menus & Recipes > Signage Studio. The Signage Studio screen appears.
If printing the Daily Display menu, click Daily Menu. If printing the WaaG menu, click Weekly Menu. The Choose a Template screen appears.
Hover over the design template that you want to use, and without clicking the Delete or Unpublish button, click the template.
You are brought to the design screen. From the left side, scroll down to the Menu section, and from this section select the menu that you want to print.
At this point you have the option of editing the template using the various design tools. If so, see Creating a Menu Design Template via Signage Studio. Because these instructions are explaining how to print a report with the template, click the Continue button at the right bottom corner. The Save & Publish/Print screen appears (second screenshot below).
To print the menu as a PDF that can be distributed and printed later, click the Download PDF button.
or
To print the menu to your printer, click the Print button. The Review before printing window appears, providing the template details.
Click the Print now button to select your printer and print the menu.
