About Corrective Action Options
Touch users can record the food temperatures for items on the Kitchen Production Sheet and the Service and Delivery Production Sheet.
If corrective action is subsequently required for a food temperature, then additional temperatures can be recorded. If corrective action is taken, there is the option of indicating the type of corrective action. For example, "Reheated".
Creating Corrective Action Types
Corrective action types are created in the Core system. To do so, complete the following steps:
- From the left navigation sidebar, select HACCP > Corrective Actions. The Corrective Actions screen appears.
- Click the Add Corrective Action button. The Corrective Action slide-out panel appears.
- In the Name field enter a name for the corrective action.
- Click the Add Corrective Action button. You are returned to the main screen where the newly-added corrective action is listed.
Changing the Name of a Corrective Action
- From the left navigation sidebar, select HACCP > Corrective Actions. The Corrective Actions screen appears.
- For the corrective action to be edited, click its gear icon on the Actions column and select Edit. The Corrective Action slide-out panel appears.
- Change the name as needed, and click the Update Corrective Action button to apply your changes.
Deleting Corrective Action
- From the left navigation sidebar, select HACCP > Corrective Actions. The Corrective Actions screen appears.
- For the corrective action to be deleted, click its gear icon on the Actions column and select Delete. The corrective action is deleted.
