About Corrective Action Options
Touch users can record the food temperatures for items on the Kitchen Production Sheet and the Service and Delivery Production Sheet.
If corrective action is subsequently required for a food temperature, then additional temperatures can be recorded. If corrective action is taken, there is the option of indicating the type of corrective action. For example, "Reheated".
Creating Corrective Action Types
Corrective action types are created in Touch Admin. To do so, complete the following steps:
- In Touch Admin, select HACCP HQ (under Location Setup). The HACCP HQ screen appears.
- Select the Setting tab. Any existing corrective actions are listed.
- Click the Add Corrective Action button. The screen refreshes as follows:
- In the Name field enter a name for the corrective action.
- Click the Add Corrective Action button. You are returned to the main screen where the newly-added corrective action is listed.
