Placing a Paid Order for Pickup
To place a paid pickup order from your MealSuite Portal app, complete the steps below:
- Tap Place An Order.
- If there is more than one dining location to order from, select the preferred one from the Choose Dining Location dropdown.
- Select the date and the meal service (breakfast, lunch or dinner), and tap Pickup.
- The first available pickup time is automatically selected. Select a different pickup time if needed, and then tap GO.
- To add an item to your order tap its Add button.
- Tap View My Cart to view your order and make any modifications.
Note that if you have a meal plan, then items that are covered by the meal plan are not charged.
- If you decide you no longer want an item, then you can remove it from your cart by tapping its red trash icon.
- You can adjust the quantity of an item by tapping + to add or tapping - to remove.
- In the Special Instructions box, you can include any enter any notes or special instructions (e.g., extra napkins please).
- To leave the cart to order more items, tap the X sign at the top left corner.
- Tap the To Checkout button.
- Tap the Select Payment Method button.
- Select your payment method and then tap the Save button.
- Charge to Room
- Pay at Pickup

Credit/Debit (if available).
- Tap the Place Order button to place your order.
- If paying my credit or debit card, enter the card information, and then tap the Pay button.
- A confirmation message appears with the order details.
- At the designated time, pick up your order.
Can I modify a order after I paid for it?
No. A paid order, once paid for, cannot be modified.
Can I cancel an order after I paid for it?
If the order has been paid for, unfortunately it cannot be cancelled by you. However, it can be cancelled by a staff member.

Can I cancel an order before I pay for it?
Yes, you can cancel an order if you have not paid for it yet. To do so:
- Tap the Home screen icon at top left of screen.
- A message appears asking if you want to cancel the order.
- Tap Yes to the message. The order is cancelled.
Another method to cancel an order prior to paying is as follows:
- Tap View My Cart.
- Tap the Cancel Order button. A message appears asking if you want to cancel the order.
- Tap Yes to the message. The order is cancelled.
