Making a Reservation
To make a reservation, complete the steps below:
- Tap Reservations.
- Tap the + New Reservation button.
- Select the reservation date.
- Select the dining location (if more than one).
- Select the number of diners.
- Tap Next.
- Select your meal (Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner).
- Pick your reservation time.
- Tap Next.
- If you want to be reminded of your reservation, enter your email or your phone number.
- Tap Submit to submit your reservation.
- Congratulations. Your reservation is confirmed.
Viewing your Current Reservations
You can view your current reservations by tapping Reservations. Note that reservations made by a dining room hostess also appear in your Portal app for you to see.
Modifying an Existing Reservation
To modify an existing reservation:
- Tap Reservations to view your existing reservation(s).
- Tap Modify for the reservation you want to modify. Note that if the dining room hostess created the reservation, then the Modify button may not be available; please reach out to the dining room hostess to modify the reservation.
- You can modify the following:
- Reservation date.
- Dining location (if more than one).
- Number of diners.
- Tap Next.
- Change the meal period if needed (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).
- Change the reservation time if needed.
- Tap Next.
- If you want to be reminded of your reservation, enter your email or your phone number.
- Tap Submit to submit your reservation.
- Congratulations. Your reservation has been modified.
Cancelling a Reservation
To cancel a reservation:
- Tap Reservations to view your existing reservation(s).
- Tap Cancel for the reservation you want to cancel.
- Tap Yes to the message that appears.
- The reservation is cancelled.
