Cancelling an Item from an Order (Prior to Firing)

If an order has not yet been fired to the kitchen, then an item can be cancelled from the order. To cancel an item: 

  1. If you are a POS dining room location, select the diner whose item you need to cancel.
  2. From the right side of the screen, tap the item to be cancelled.
  3. Tap the Cancel button. The item is removed from the order.

Removing a Modifier

If needing to remove a modifier, do so by selecting the modifier and tapping the Remove button.

Cancelling an Order (Prior to Firing)

If an order has not yet been fired to the kitchen, then the order can be cancelled. To cancel an order: 

  1. If you are a POS dining room location, select the diner whose order you want to cancel.
  2. On the right side of the screen, tap the Cancel Order button. The order is cancelled.
