Applying a Discount to an Individual Item

  1. If you are a POS dining area location, select the diner whose item you want to apply a discount to.
  2. From the right side of the screen, tap the item you want to apply a discount to.

  3. Tap the Discount button. The Discounts pop-up window appears (second screenshot below).

  4. Tap the Add button of the discount to apply. The discount is applied to the item (unless the item is configured not to receive a discount; see Preventing Discounts from Being Applied to a Category for more information).

Applying a Discount to the Whole Order

  1. If you are a POS dining area location, select the diner whose order you want to discount.
  2. On the right side of the screen, tap the Discount button. The Discounts pop-up window appears (second screenshot below).

  3. Tap the Add button of the discount to apply. The discount is applied to each item on the ticket (unless the item is configured not to receive a discount; see Preventing Discounts from Being Applied to a Category for more information).
