Removing a Discount from an Item

To remove a discount that was applied to an individual item:

  1. If you are a POS dining area location, select the diner whose discount is to be removed from an item.
  2. On the right side of the screen, tap the discounted item.
  3. Tap the Discount button. The Discounts pop-up window appears (second screenshot below).

  4. Tap the Remove button of the discount to be removed. The discount is removed from the item. 

Removing the Discount from an Order

To remove the discount that was applied to an order:

  1. If you are a POS dining area location, select the diner whose discount is to be removed from their order.
  2. On the right side of the screen, tap the Discount button. The Discounts pop-up window appears (second screenshot below).

  3. Tap the Remove button of the discount. The discount is removed from the order.
