About the Nutritional Analysis Report
The Nutrition Analysis report displays the ideal daily nutrient values and the daily total that has been achieved. For each day of the week, a separate table is generated that lists each menu item cross-referenced with the nutrient values.
(Right-click to open and expand in new tab)
When multiple diet orders (diet type/texture type combinations) are selected in the menu report settings each report is separately listed in a consolidated report, with a table of contents as the first page listing each diet type/texture type combination.

FAQs
Why is an Ideal Value 0?
If the ideal value for a nutrient is 0 (as shown in screenshot below), it indicates that its ideal value is not set up for that diet type in your facility.
For each diet type, you can view and change the nutritional parameters ranges (lower, ideal, max) for the different DRIs (dietary reference intakes). To do so, refer to the following article: Viewing/Changing Nutritional Parameters of a Diet Type.
