About Removing Items From Service
An item can be removed from service either via an allergen assigned to the resident or applying a "do not serve" to an item. If applying a "do not serve", you can either do so for an individual item or a group of items via a meal period (breakfast, lunch, dinner), snack time (am, pm, hs), a menu category, or a Likes & Dislikes group.
