About the Food Temperature Log Report
The Food Temperature Log report displays the food temperature log entries that were recorded in the Touch app Service and Delivery Production Sheet or the Kitchen Production Sheet.
Note that the food temperature log report is a read-only report. You cannot edit the temperatures or any other data that have been recorded in it.
The report can be exported to an Excel® file if required.
Running the Temperature Log Report for All Locations
You have the option of running the temperature log report for all locations, which includes the kitchen (recorded from the Kitchen Production Sheet), and all the meal delivery areas (recorded from the Service and Delivery Production Sheet). Complete the following steps:
- In Touch Admin, select HACCP HQ (under Location Setup).
- Select the Food Temperature Log tab.
- In the Start Date field, select the start date of the food temperature log report.
- In the End Date field, select the end date of the food temperature log report.
- If you want an Excel® file of the temperature log, select the Download Report to Excel check box.
- Click the Run Report button. The screen refreshes with a date entry for each date within the date range you selected, and the meal times (breakfast, lunch dinner) sub tabs.
- When you select a date entry/meal time tab combination, the screen refreshes with each food a temperatures was recorded for, with the location, name, and time of of each temperature entry.
Running the Temperature Log Report for a Single Location
You have the option of running the temperature log for a single location. This can include the kitchen (recorded from the Kitchen Production Sheet) or a meal delivery area (recorded from the Service and Delivery Production Sheet). Complete the following steps:
- In Touch Admin, select HACCP HQ (under Location Setup).
- Select the Food Temperature Log tab.
- In the Start Date field, select the start date of the food temperature log.
- In the End Date field, select the end date of the food temperature log.
- From the Location drop-down, select either the kitchen (first choice) or a meal delivery area.
- If you want an Excel® file of the temperature log, select the Download Report to Excel check box.
- Click the Run Report button. The screen refreshes with a date entry for each date within the date range you selected, and the meal times (breakfast, lunch dinner) sub tabs.
- When you select a date entry/meal time tab combination, the screen refreshes with each food a temperatures was recorded for, with the location, name, and time of of each temperature entry.
