To check the balance of a gift card, complete the following steps:
- From the Tools menu at the top right of the screen, select Check Gift Card. The Gift Card pop-up appears.
- Scan or swipe the gift card to display the balance.
- Alternatively you can manually enter the gift card number by tapping the Manual Gift Card Entry button. The pop-up window refreshes for you to enter the gift card number. Tap the Confirm Gift Card Number button after doing so and the balance will be displayed.
