POS - Issuing a Preloaded Gift Card

To issue a preloaded gift card (i.e., gift card with fixed amount already loaded on it), complete the following steps:

  1. On the POS grid, for the desired loaded gift card product, tap Add. The Add Gift Card pop-up appears (second screenshot below).

  2. Scan or swipe the gift card, and then proceed to step 3. 
    or
    If you are manually entering the gift card number, tap Manual Entry. You are prompted to enter the gift card number, as per screenshot below. Enter the number, tap Confirm Gift Card Number, and then proceed to step 3.

  3. Confirm the gift card number and then tap Add To Ticket. The gift card load is added as a ticket item (second screenshot below).

  4. Proceed to pay the ticket as per standard operation.
