Sort Order of Categories is now Honoured
The order of the menu categories for meal services (breakfast, lunch, dinner) is now honoured from the Core system. If needing to change the sort order of menu categories, see Changing the Sort Order of Menu Categories.
March 17 Enhancements
Menu Item Image and Description Now Shown
On the Portal app ordering screen, the recipe (i.e., menu item) image and the recipe description are now shown! This occurs for both Portal app configuration types: Portal app for paid orders, and Portal app for non-paid advanced orders.
See Full Details for a Menu Item
On the Portal app ordering screen, a See Full Details link is available for each menu item. When tapped, a separate window appears displaying a larger-sized recipe image, menu item description, ingredients, and nutrition facts.
Note for MealSuite Support: If you are MealSuite Support, the existing configuration option Allow resident/patient to view nutrient template in the Portal advanced ordering settings now determines if the See Full Details link appears or not.
