Defect Fixes

Resolved issue with preparation times not accounting for a non-paid advanced order. (Internal reference: DEF-12408)
Fixed issue with 0 showing for pickup/delivery times. (Internal reference: DEF-12344)
When preparation times exist for a meal period, then note that a delivery/pickup time will not be shown in the ordering app if the current time plus the preparation time exceeds that delivery/pickup time. For example, assume the preparation time for dinner is 15 minutes, and the available delivery times are as follows:
- 5:00 - 5:20
- 5:20 - 5:40
- 5:40 - 6:00
  
  If the order is placed at 4:47 PM, then the 5:00 - 5:20 delivery time is not available because 4:47 + 15 minutes prep time = 5:02.
  
  Also note that if the preparation time for the meal period exceeds the last pickup/delivery time available for the meal period, then an order cannot be placed for the meal period.

Made standardization change to ensure date format is Monday = 1 and Sunday = 7. (Internal reference: TOUCH-364).

For a Portal non-paid advanced order, resolved issue with ticket not generating at its correct scheduled time from the service internal increments set up for the resident's assigned dining area. (Internal reference: DEF-12218)
