Displaying Nutrients on POS Receipts

About Displaying Nutrient Values on Printed Order Tickets

It can be enabled that nutrient values be displayed for ordered items in the footer of POS receipts. The nutrients to display on POS receipts are taken from a nutrient receipt template configured in the Touch Admin software. 

Creating the Nutrient Receipt Template

To create the nutrient receipt template, complete the following steps:

  1. In Touch Admin, select Nutrient Templates from the left navigation pane. The Nutrient Receipt Templates screen appears.
  2. Click the Create Receipt Template button. The Create Template screen appears.
  3. In the Template Name field, enter a name for the nutrient template.
  4. Select the Show check boxes of the nutrients to be in the template. The list of nutrients is as follows:
    • Macronutrients
      • Calories
      • Protein
      • Fat
      • Carbohydrate
      • Sugar
      • Dietary Fibre
      • Carb Count
    • Fatty Acids
      • Saturated Fat
      • Trans Fat
      • Cholesterol
    • Minerals
      • Sodium
      • Calcium
      • Iron
      • Phosphorus
    • Vitamins
      • Vitamin A
      • Vitamin C
  5. To change the sort order of the nutrients, click and hold the = symbols of the nutrients and drag them to the desired location in the sort order.
  6. Click the Save Template button to apply your changes.
