Submitting a Support Ticket
When you are signed into MealSuite, you can submit a support ticket by clicking Support & Training at the top menu, and then clicking Submit a Support Ticket.
Alternatively, you can always submit a support ticket via email at support@mealsuite.com
Reviewing Your Support Ticket
As a MealSuite customer who submitted a ticket, you can review your ticket (i.e., check its current status) as follows:
- Open the Support and Training site by clicking Support & Training at the top menu, and then clicking View our training content, release notes and your support tickets.
- With the Support and Training site open, from the top menu on the right side, click your profile and select My activities (first screenshot below). The screen refreshes with your current requests (i.e., tickets) (second screenshot below).
