Logging into the Touch App for the First Time
- When logging into the Touch app for the first time, the following fields are presented:
- Provider (aka Tenant) – from this drop-down, select the software provider of the Touch app.

Facility Code – this is the numerical ID of your facility. Please reach out to your nutrition manager or dietary manager for your facility ID. In addition you can contact MealSuite support for your facility ID.
- After completing the fields, tap Continue, and you are presented with the Username and Password fields.
- Enter your username and password and tap Sign In. The Touch app home screen appears.
Subsequent Logins
When you subsequently login to the Touch app again, you are brought directly to the username and password fields, which are automatically populated.
Changing to a Different Facility
If needing to sign into a different facility, tap the Change Tenant or Facility ID link, and the Provider and Facility Code fields appear (pre-populated) for you to enter the new facility ID.
