About Gift Cards
Unloaded gift cards can be purchased from MealSuite for your facility. To do so, please reach out to your MealSuite account executive. Unloaded gift cards can also be purchased outside of MealSuite.
These gift cards can then be loaded with either a specific dollar amount or a custom amount at a POS location via a respective "gift card" product. Refer to the following articles to create the gift card products:

MealSuite Support Task: Enable Gift Cards as a Tender Type for a POS Location
A POS location must be configured to accept gift cards as a tender type. To do so, reach out to MealSuite Support.

FAQs
Are prepaid gift card from a credit card company accepted?
Yes. For prepaid gift cards from a credit card company (VISA, Mastercard, etc.), no pre-configuration steps are necessary in the Touch Admin software because the gift card will be processed as a credit card.
Does MealSuite offer virtual gift cards?
No. MealSuite does not offer virtual gift cards.
