To activate a new Menu Board device, you will need to contact MealSuite Support. Prior to doing so, complete the following steps:
- Retrieve the code for your menu board device by accessing the menu board URL, and copying or writing down the code that is generated, as per example screenshot below.
- Contact MealSuite Support and provide them the code, along with the following information:
- Name of the device
