Reverting Recipe Extensions to the Master Recipe
When a master recipe is used by a child account and the child account makes changes to the master recipe extensions, then the extension grid becomes specific to that child account only and is "locked" from any future changes by the parent account of the recipe.
Any extension changes by the parent account do not take effect on the recipe in the child account (i.e., the changes remain unseen by the child account). When the extensions differ between a master recipe and the recipe in the child account, there is the ability to synch the extensions to that of the master recipe by opening the extension grid of the recipe in the child account and clicking the Revert to Master button (screenshot below).
Note: When the extension grid presents with a blue framework, it indicates it has been modified by your account and differs from the parent account.
Note: If your account has been set up with custom diet, texture of fluid types (see Requesting a New Diet, Texture or Fluid Type), then those diet, texture, fluid types are only available at your account (i.e., a parent account does not see them). Therefore, if your account only makes changes with those custom types on the extension grid, then the system does not consider that your account owns the extension grid. As such, when your account does not own the extension grid, then changes by the parent account to the extension grid automatically flow down to child accounts.
