About Unpublishing Recipes
A recipe by default is automatically published in the system, meaning it is available for use in menus and other recipes by the recipe owner and its child accounts.
Your account can unpublish a recipe, including a master recipe. When a recipe is unpublished, it will be unavailable and unsearchable in your account and your child accounts, meaning it cannot be added for use in menus and other recipes. If the recipe is currently in use in a menu or another recipe, it remains in use.
Unpublishing a Recipe
To unpublish a recipe, complete the following steps:
- Access the Recipe Listing screen (Recipes > Recipes Listing) search for and open the recipe to be unpublished. Its slide-out panel appears.

Publishing an Unpublished Recipe
