POS Training Mode
The POS for a quick service location and a dining room location can now operate in training mode! With training mode, the operator now has a safe way to practice workflows in the POS without risking live data and disrupting operations.
To enable your facility with POS training mode, please reach out to MealSuite Support. If you are MealSuite Support, see the following internal article on enabling training mode: Enabling Training Mode.
With POS training mode enabled for your facility, a Training Mode control becomes available on the POS sign in screen (left screenshot) that allows a POS operator to put their POS session into training mode.
When in training mode, a red banner at the top of the screen indicates such. Note that you cannot process payments by credit card in training mode.
