Viewing Order History of Items Fired to Kitchen from Front-End Ordering App

For facilities that allow ordering from the MealSuite front-end ordering apps (IO and AO in the Touch app, Portal app, POS), then the Meal Activity tab is available on a resident/patient profile. The Meal Activity tab displays a history of items that were ordered from a front-end ordering app and required kitchen preparation (i.e., items had been "fired" to the kitchen"). To view the Meal Activity tab for a resident/patient: 

  1. In the Core system, open the resident/patient profile.
     
  2. Click the Meal Activity tab, where transaction records of fired items are listed. Each transaction record includes the following details:
     
    • Order Number
    • Delivery Date
    • Meal Period (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
    • Meal Delivery Location 
    • Item Count
       
  3. By expanding the Item Count by clicking the down arrow, a section expands with the following details:
    • Created At/By
    • Delivered At (if delivered to room)
    • Production Completed at (date and time when order was bumped)
    • Ordered Items

Note: If the facility is using POS, then items that are not fired to the kitchen will print on the POS receipt, and can be viewed on the POS Sales Activity Report. 

Alternative Method to View Order History of Fired Items
