About the Menus Listing Screen
The Menus Listing screen (screenshot below) displays the menus available in your account. You access the Menus Listing screen from the left navigation sidebar by clicking Menus & Recipes > Menu Listing.
A tab for each menu type (Standard, Snack, Special Event, Also Available, Liquid) is available that lists the menus of the respective type. In addition, the All Menu Types tab is available that lists all menus in your account.

Opening a Menu
On the Menus Listing screen (Menus & Recipes > Menu Listing), you open a menu by clicking its Menu Name link.
The week-at-a-glance (WaaG) screen opens first (screenshot below: see Week-at-a-Glance (WaaG) View for more information about the WaaG view.)
From the WaaG view you can click onto a day header column to open the menu to that specific day, which is known as the menu day view. See Menu Day View for more information about the menu day view.
Note: If the menu is a single day menu (i.e., special event menu or an also available (AA) menu set as single day), then click into the menu type header to open to menu day view.
Searching for a Menu
Words entered in the Search field will return all menus that have the same words in their menu names.
Filtering on the Menus Listing Screen
Click Filters at the top menu to access the following filters to determine the menus displayed onscreen.
- Owner - filter menus by the account owners. Note that if you are a parent account, then you can select a child account to see menus owned by that child account.
- My Menus Only - select this check box to display menus only available to your account (i.e., your account is the owner of the menu).
-
Creator - filter menus by the account creators. Note that if you are a parent account, then you can select a child account to see menus created by that child account.
Note: At this time in the system, there is no difference between the Owner and Creator of a menu. In future releases, functionality may be introduced that allows an account to be recognized as the original "creator" of a menu when that menu becomes subsequently "owned" by its parent account for availability to other child accounts. - Menu Type - filter by menu types.
- Extension Type - filter by extended menus, non-extended menus, or liquid menus.
- Service Locations - filter the menus according to their assigned service locations.
- Menu Status - filter by menu status: Active, Future, Inactive, Archived.

FAQs
I cannot see a menu that I own on the Menus Listing screen?
In the filters, ensure the My Menus Only checkbox is selected, and then click Go. The screen will refresh with menus owned by your account.
As a parent account (i.e., corporate or system account), can I see the menus that my child (i.e., facility) accounts are using?
Yes. From the Owner field in the Filters section, select the child accounts whose menus you want to see, and then click GO to refresh the screen with a list of menus of the child accounts.
Do I edit a menu from the menu week-at-a-glance (WaaG) view or the menu day view?
Standard menu edits, such as adding, removing, and replacing items, can be done from either view.
The menu day view allows you to do certain edits that are not available in the WaaG view, such as adjusting forecasting on menu items or sorting menu items.
