- In the Search by Menu field select the menu from which to generate the report.
Selecting Weeks (if a weekly menu):
If the menu is a weekly menu, and you want to print the menu for a specific week (and not all weeks), select the week from the Weeks field. More than one week can be selected.
Selecting the Choices
From the Choice fields, select the choices to print.
Selecting the Diet/Texture Combinations
If the selected menu is an extended menu (i.e., supports therapeutic substitutes for its regular items), then you can select the diet/texture combinations you want to print the therapeutic substitutes for. To do so:
- Click Diet/Texture field. The Diet/Texture Combination window appears.
- Click the squares of the desired diet/texture combinations. A square that is selected turns blue.
- If a diet/texture combination square is grey, it indicates that that diet/texture combination is not published in your account. However, you can still select the combination to be included in the menu report by clicking the square.
- If the text is white, it indicates the diet/texture combination will be included in the report.
- If the text is black, it indicates the diet/texture combination will not be included in the report.
- Click the Select button to apply your changes.
Selecting Liquid Diets (if a Liquid Menu)
If the menu selected is a liquid menu, then from the Liquid Diet field, select the liquid diets (Clear Liquid, Full Liquid) to print items associated with the liquid diets.
Selecting the Menu Categories to Print
From each of the meal service fields (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner), select the menu categories you want to print items for.
To print items for only a specific meal service (e.g., Lunch), clear (i.e., deselect) the categories of the other meal services.
